Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre Adopts New Standards for Property Signage

Effective from January 1
The Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre announced the adoption of new standards for real estate signage for “For Sale” and “For Rent” properties on building facades across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, effective January 1, 2026.
Property owners and managers are required to install signage in accordance with the approved regulations, which include obtaining permits through the “Madhmoun” platform, adhering to designated installation locations, and removing the signage immediately upon the sale of the property or the expiration of the permit.
